One hot and sunny day a cat sat on a grey lounge that was in the middle of nowhere. The cat said in a very meowing voice “I want to have a nap” so she did until the big green mad lady giant came and woke her up. The cat got angry and growled at the giant and said in a very cranky meow “why did you wake me up”. The giant replied “this is my comfy lounge not yours”. The cat growled again but she was a little scared of the giant and went to find another sleeping spot. She thought the giant might eat her if she went back to she ran away as fast as her little legs could go.

What a super piece of writing, Stephanie. I love the way that you have used lots of describing words to make your story come alive – well done!
Super use of speech too. Remember that before closing speech marks, you always need some kind of punctuation – often a comma but sometimes a question mark, exclamation mark, or full stop.
